Some random updates

After confirming our venue, the next step is to confirm our make up artist at Blue bay. We will be heading down to Blue bay this friday to confirm our wedding date!

We had our 9th year anniversary dinner at holiday Inn 2 weeks back! From the restaurant , we saw another couple holding their wedding at the crystal ballroom. It looks so magical with all the dry ice effect. We can’t imagine that exactly one year later, it will be our wedding at the same place =p

There are so many things to prepare, but i have no idea on where to start =p

On a side note, my long time bestie is getting married soon, and i specially bought a pink dress to attend her ROM

I had lots of good food over the weekend, faints, going to detox starting monday onwards.

Friday, dear and me had dinner at Waraku

The soup base for the paper hot plate is soooo yummy. Its spicy and yet sweet.

Hot plate cheese potato with roe. VERYVERY nice, i love cheese and this dish is perfect for me! Mix grilled meat tasted so-so only.

Sat night met up with Vic , Ryan and Gary to go JB to have our longgg-waited salted egg crab.

Some “starter” dishes before the main highlight!

Cereal Sotong! Yessh it is sotong not prawn. Super cripsy and tasty, love it.

Sambal Kangkong, beside it is hot plate tofu. There’s another Satay chicken wing that we ordered, but didnt managed to take pics! Nice too!

Here comes the main highlight!!!! OMG salted egg crab!!!

Verdict: FANTASTIC.
i love salted egg, during mooncake festival, those double yolk mooncake is a must-have for me.
At first the crabs have abit of chao-tah taste, but the boss is nice enough to re-cook the crabs for us. The re-cooked crabs are perfect! The taste is not saltish at all, mild salted egg taste with buttery gravy. First time eating this famous dish in JB, and its really finger-licking good!!!

If u think we have finished eating , u are wrong!!! lol

Vic suggested eating lok lok! YAY i love lok lok too! We left our car for car-wash and headed to the lok-lok van.

What a fulfilling dinner+supper, =p lol, went home at 11plus. Can’t wait for the next dinner trip with them haha

Jam-packed week

Recently was pretty busy with getting stocks for Tokyo Pink to prepare for the cny launch! There will be over 10 designs to choose from this launch which will consist of pretty toga dresses !~I know alot of people including me is a huge fan of toga clothing!  I already kept a few for myself =p

This Saturday will be going to pretty vic vic’s rom party followed by a photoshoot with Kit on Sunday! It’s been quite some time since i last saw Kit, hope she’s doing well!

My birthday is approaching on 2 feb, i seem to forget about it already. I don’t want to remember so i won’t feel that i’m getting old.   Can i remain as 21 yr old forever. I still feels like a kiddo at heart.

3 more months to Taiwan….. again…. lol

Best friend shan shan got married last Sat, very happy for her as she married her husband after par-tohing for 8 years plus. Yes both of us are in long-term relationship and we knew our other half when we are in poly . Time flew so fast, i still remember when we first known each other, we are only 19 and having a great time playing in NCS’s acarde while others are busy doing their attachment project hehehe. Those were the days, i missed my poly life

Next event to attend is Dear’s friend ROM at Changi airport’s crowe plaza hotel this Sunday, hope to take a peep at their grand ballroom Next year, we will be busying hunting for hotel banquets, hope to get a nice and cheap ballroom.

A busy weekend ahead

Nothing much happened for the past few weeks except that i’m quite busy with work since returned from Taiwan.
Good news is that i’m going back Taiwan again in next year April YAY! We bought Jetstar tickets for only $430 for 2 person. SUCH A CHEAP DEAL!
I’m going to take my wedding album back this time round and also will be touring Gao Xiong and CingJing! 3rd time going back, hahaha so familar with the place already, any one going to Taiwan can ask me if they are unsure! ;p

Some updates on Tokyo Pink!  Recently there are no new stocks as i am busy with my wedding photoshoots earlier and also because due to change of season in Japan and Korea. (More winter clothing) However i am still looking out for nice clothes, and will be uploading hopefully in November! 
Meanwhile, i am re-designing Tokyo Pink name cards and also thinking of some promotion for the xmas season hee.  ;p

This sunday i will be jie mei for Gerine, so excited hahaha. It will be a long day as i will need to accompany/help her from 7am all the way til the wedding banquet is over. Hope everything goes smooth as planned.

Didn’t went out over this long weekend as I am occupied with Tokyo Pink’s launch.

Went to JB on Saturday morning and was met with 2 hours jam, we had A&W for lunch, love the yummy conney dog!

Ordered this pair of lovely heels from Taiwan for my photoshoot. I really love it alot, especially all the bling bling. Looks like cinderalla glass slipper whahahaha.

One thing down from to-do list, still have plenty more to do!

Fell sick on Monday, guess i was too tired over the weekend, landed myself with migraine headache! Got MC and slept the whole afternoon yesterday.

Fri
Went to bugis to shop for my wedding shoes on Friday evening, as much as i have expected, i didn’t find any shoes i like. I can’t seem to find anything in SG stores that i fancy nowadays.
At midnight, we drove into JB with his friends for Dim sum supper. We reached the place around 1am plus after an hour’s drive, the dim sum was nice especially the chee chiong fan wrapped with prawn and char siew.  So hard to resist  even when i’m on diet. Reached home around 3 am and i waited until 5am to sleep as to let the food digest. Gonna drink my Puri Tea for detoxing…

Sat
Went home to pack my stocks for Sunday’s photoshoot! To make up for my sinful supper on Friday, i didn’t take breakfast, have ramen soup for lunch, and only dishes(no rice) for dinner.

Sun
Photoshoot with Kit at my sister’s place! It was fun, Kit is getting better and better with all the poses and her expresssion! Love it! My photographer Michael is superb as well in directing Kit with all the poses and angles.

As September is approaching, my desperation in losing weight is doubling… gona work harder!

Dear came and fetch me home after the photoshoot and he left to attend wedding dinner.
Wedding wedding wedding, i have so many to attend this year. Envy those couples.

For mine, i dont even know when is it exactly going to happen. Frankly speaking, I don’t like the feeling of having to go ahead these plans when he havn’t even pop the question. So far we have already bought house, scheduled wedding shoots, and yet he HASN”T pop the question. Maybe I should take a step back and ignore this whole wedding issue for the time being… sigh.

I’m having mild depression over my weight recently because of the critism somebody commented about me. Sian, how to lose weight faster… I am thinking of going to doctor to precribe slimming pills to eat. People don’t understand what i’m going through and said i’m crazy. If i am slim then how come there’s been critism about me, I’m not talking about 1 person, its a few people! I hope and pray that karma will befall on these foul-mouth people, I’m waiting to see how long they can laugh!

I lost 1 kg!!! =)

I went facial yesterday night, the extraction was so so so so painful, i almost couldn’t take it, especially when Karen extracted those at the area beside the eyes. It’s extremely painful until i want to cry. I guess my black heads were embedded too deep inside. No pain no pretty!

After the facial, Karen helped me to do a body analysis as she did in the previous session. I lost 1.2kg!!!! SO HAPPY, not much, but its a boost to me as i am starting to see the results already! Karen said i cannot lose weight too drastically, else will look haggard. Alright, i changed my target weight to 46kg instead of 45kg.  ;p It’s not easy to give up my favourite food (from a carnivore to an omnivore) and to force myself to go jogging. But when I thought of the critism that some of the people said about my weight, I became more determined than ever.

I will be having a photoshoot with Kit my new model this coming Saturday as vic vic will be overseas. She’s a cute young model, hope the pictures turn out well!
