CNY 2010

Cny came and was gone like a whirlwind. I fell sick today which is also my leave day, flu and sorethroat. grrr

Friday 12 feb
Dear knocked off at 3pm while me 4.30pm. Went to hunt for my cny shoes at suntec after work, managed to find decent white work shoes for $42 (expensive, heartpain) . Dear didn’t drive to work, we took bus home, it’s been a long time since we took bus home from town. Ended up we overslept, luckily some kind soul woke us up, hahaha. Joined dear family for a shabushabu hot plate dinner, darn shiok, i love shabushabu.
We went into JB around 2am to pump fuel, i was asleep for the entire trip hee. Too tired!

Sat 13 feb
It was the yearly renuion dinner again went home and lazed around for the whole afternoon.  Had a simple steamboat dinner with my family, after eating watch tv until 12am and  sleep.  My mum told us we can only sleep after 12 am!

Sun 14 feb
Chu 1 today~ woke up early to doll up to bai nian. I realised in my horror that the cheongsam dress bought last year which i am supposed to wear turned out to be too loose. The dress was tailored made to fit me when i was still fat at that time. Stupid me forgot to try it on, luckily i got back up dress to wear. Sigh, need to wait for another 1 year to wear the cheongsam dress again.

Dear came and fetch us to my aunt’s place around 11am.

Today is also Valentine’s day, didn’t celebrate Dear promised there will be a “BIG” pressie coming up for me. *its that a hint? hehehe

Love all the food prepared by my auntie! she is really a greak cook! Its a pity that we can only eat once a year during cny! LOVE the hand-made norhiang and braised vegetables! SOOO YUMMY~

Proceeded to go to dear’s grand ma house to bai nian in the late afternoon! Their cards gambling session lasted from 4pm to 12am! No KIDDING! I didn’t gamble,but i gave dear morale support. In the end he didn’t win and lose. heng.

Mon 15 feb
Didn’t go bai nian today, all done in chu 1 already. Slack at home until night time to watch movie Percy Jackson and the lighting thief! Very nice! 4/5 star!

Tue 16 feb
Met my parents and sister to go causewaypoint to purchase iphone! yay! Dad sponsored us $250 each, sooo happy! The rest of the afternoon was spent in exploring iphone! So fun!

Didn’t really do alot of visiting this year, however dear and me had a good rest!  We were so tired to the max the week before preparing Tokyo Pink second launch and despatching.

So demoralising that i have to go backwork tomorrow.

I can only look forward to my taiwan trip on April 20!

Activities lined up for this week:
1. Bai nian at Ailee place tomorrow
2. Meeting with e-commerce vendor on friday

Before its over, i would like to wish myself a very happy birthday! Hope the wish i have made will come true ! Love dear’s little bdae surprise! More updates later!

Jam-packed week

Recently was pretty busy with getting stocks for Tokyo Pink to prepare for the cny launch! There will be over 10 designs to choose from this launch which will consist of pretty toga dresses !~I know alot of people including me is a huge fan of toga clothing!  I already kept a few for myself =p

This Saturday will be going to pretty vic vic’s rom party followed by a photoshoot with Kit on Sunday! It’s been quite some time since i last saw Kit, hope she’s doing well!

My birthday is approaching on 2 feb, i seem to forget about it already. I don’t want to remember so i won’t feel that i’m getting old.   Can i remain as 21 yr old forever. I still feels like a kiddo at heart.

3 more months to Taiwan….. again…. lol

Xmas 2009

Its xmas eve again! I knocked off from work at 12.30pm and went to meet sis at orchard somerset 313 for lunch. We ate our lunch at Ajiman while waiting for dear to come to join us. It was so crowded everywhere, with people carrying paperbags containing presents! I love the feel of xmas!~ After lunch, we headed to the tiong bahru carpark to collect Fitty. Dear recommended us to try the mango pudding drink at ABC hawker centre, it’s really nice, resembled the ones we had in Taiwan, sis drank the whole cup herself!

Dear came and fetch me at 7.15pm to have our xmas dinner at Soprana! Soprano is an italian restuarnt located at portsdown road. Its very secluded and we got lost even with GPS! Finally we reached around 8 plus. The restaurant is very classy and spacious with simple xmas decorations! 

The menu has a wide range of spaghetti, we are spoilt for choice! For example, under ‘spaghetti’ there’s few favours, same goes for ‘linguine’, ‘penne’ etc. Each pasta type has different favours! Took us a long time to decide what to eat!

The appetisers: bacon, onions in wine sauce?(i didn’t eat), and pickles

Mushroom soup, fruit punch, peach juice
Minched italian sausage in creamy tomato sauce
White clams in garlic and white wine sauce

The clams spaghetti is very delicious ;p yummy

After dinner, we proceeded to Vivocity to watch Avatar at 12.30am. Since we still got time to kill while waiting for the movie to start, we headed back to the car to rest and talktalk. Dear surprised me with a xmas pressie (I thought he wont give me). Its LG crystal which i have been eyeing for a long time Love it loads!

Avatar is a very very nice movie, not to be missed.

Happy belated 8.5 year anniversary(i know its freaking long)  and merry christmas

A busy weekend ahead

Nothing much happened for the past few weeks except that i’m quite busy with work since returned from Taiwan.
Good news is that i’m going back Taiwan again in next year April YAY! We bought Jetstar tickets for only $430 for 2 person. SUCH A CHEAP DEAL!
I’m going to take my wedding album back this time round and also will be touring Gao Xiong and CingJing! 3rd time going back, hahaha so familar with the place already, any one going to Taiwan can ask me if they are unsure! ;p

Some updates on Tokyo Pink!  Recently there are no new stocks as i am busy with my wedding photoshoots earlier and also because due to change of season in Japan and Korea. (More winter clothing) However i am still looking out for nice clothes, and will be uploading hopefully in November! 
Meanwhile, i am re-designing Tokyo Pink name cards and also thinking of some promotion for the xmas season hee.  ;p

This sunday i will be jie mei for Gerine, so excited hahaha. It will be a long day as i will need to accompany/help her from 7am all the way til the wedding banquet is over. Hope everything goes smooth as planned.

The day has finally came after months of waiting, im soooo scared yet excited at the same time! I hope the pictures turn out as good as the picturs on the web ! heehee! bye~

1 week away from taiwan :)

I booked my air ticket to taiwan in February, can’t believe i’m actually going next week! I feel happy yet scaredddd at the same time, i’m worried that my photos won’t turn out well. I hope i will smile and pose naturally, must tell myself to relax! =p

5. decide on the venues for photoshoot – decided
6. plan taiwan itinery for 3 days – Planned! phew, such a headache

8. keep my face in good condition – maintaining
9. Manicure + Pedicure – this coming sunday
10. Waxing – this coming friday

Hurray i got almost everything ready! the last thing is to pack my luggage this weekend!
Received compliments from friends that i have slimmed down, hee, yes i do feel lighter nowadays! =p
But this was achieved through extreme methods, i don’t wish to go through it again, such a torture! I will endure for another 1 week!

I’m feeling the excitement already! can’t wait!

Sooo sick over last weekend that I didn’t do anything but to sleep at home whole day. This coming weekend will be a busy one!

Tokyo Pink New arrivals/ long weekend

Didn’t went out over this long weekend as I am occupied with Tokyo Pink’s launch.

Went to JB on Saturday morning and was met with 2 hours jam, we had A&W for lunch, love the yummy conney dog!

Ordered this pair of lovely heels from Taiwan for my photoshoot. I really love it alot, especially all the bling bling. Looks like cinderalla glass slipper whahahaha.

One thing down from to-do list, still have plenty more to do!

Fell sick on Monday, guess i was too tired over the weekend, landed myself with migraine headache! Got MC and slept the whole afternoon yesterday.

Fri
Went to bugis to shop for my wedding shoes on Friday evening, as much as i have expected, i didn’t find any shoes i like. I can’t seem to find anything in SG stores that i fancy nowadays.
At midnight, we drove into JB with his friends for Dim sum supper. We reached the place around 1am plus after an hour’s drive, the dim sum was nice especially the chee chiong fan wrapped with prawn and char siew.  So hard to resist  even when i’m on diet. Reached home around 3 am and i waited until 5am to sleep as to let the food digest. Gonna drink my Puri Tea for detoxing…

Sat
Went home to pack my stocks for Sunday’s photoshoot! To make up for my sinful supper on Friday, i didn’t take breakfast, have ramen soup for lunch, and only dishes(no rice) for dinner.

Sun
Photoshoot with Kit at my sister’s place! It was fun, Kit is getting better and better with all the poses and her expresssion! Love it! My photographer Michael is superb as well in directing Kit with all the poses and angles.

Will upload all new arrivals on Saturday hee!

As September is approaching, my desperation in losing weight is doubling… gona work harder!
